I just wanted to send out a quick update to let you know that I am safely back in the States. My flights on Saturday went smoothly with no problems, and I was able to have some nice conversations with some fellow travelers. All of my luggage arrived safely with me as well.
Monday I jumped right into college classes at the Germanna Community College (a half hour commute) for BIO 101 which is Monday-Thursday 9:00-2:00. A long morning but only a 5 week course in the end. I am also taking Pre-Calculus Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7:00-9:15.

It has been a bit of a culture shock to come back to the States (being allowed to flush toilet paper, needing to wear a seatbelt in the car, not having rain everyday, the materialism, the COLD, drinking water from the tap, the amazing force of my shower....I thought I was going to get washed away! among other things...).
