Coming Home!

The hours are ticking down to my return home to VA! I can hardly believe it. I sent my two large suitcases to Ambato with someone else today so I only have my carry on and backpack to worry about on the bus ride to Ambato. Tonight there is a slideshow/awards ceremony at NSMS which will be a nice reminder of all that has gone on this year. While I am coming back in August there are still some very close friends I have made who will not be here and so I am still saying goodbyes to people whom I feel are family.

Today will be my last english tutoring class with my students, which will be bittersweet. I have so much enjoyed working with the two boys and teaching them twice a week. David and his mother will be flying out to the states on Friday. Please pray that they would have safe travels and smooth flights. Also, please pray for me as I return to the "american" culture and starting college classes for the summer. I will be looking for a summer job as well, so I just pray that God would provide the place and hours that work well for me. Thank you for all your support and prayer these months.
