Rafting In Tena

A few weeks ago I went white water rafting in a town called Tena. It was amazing! There were two rafts that went out and from 9-5 we were out in the water. Occassionally, taking breaks to rest and see sights along the way. The guides were very knowledgable about the surroundings and I learned alot about the communities we passed by. We did alot of fun things like flipping the raft over and then standing on it belly side up! I fell in a few times but that had to be expected! I was partial to our raft and its companions as we sang songs and just had a very enjoyable time. We even had quite a bit of team spirit when we raced with the other raft. Thank you for your prayers of safety during that time!
"Sing to the Lord with thanksgiving; Sing praises on the harp to our God, who covers the heavens with clouds, who prepares rain for the earth, who makes grass to grow on the mountains."
Psalm 147:7-8
