If you're happy and you know it...

As some of you may or may not know, I am in a long distance relationship. Therefore, I treasure any contact or message I recieve from my boyfriend. It brings me so much joy to find a message in my inbox from him and it shows. Others do not need to question me if I've recieved something or not because it is apparant when I've got a huge smile on my face and joy to my step that it was an e-mail day. The other day as I recieved e-mails, God brought something to my attention.

He pointed out that I should have the same joy from His love letters to me. His words (the Bible) should bring a smile to my face. It should be obvious that I received something from God because I should be joyful about it. After all, He's given me eternal life through His Son, Jesus Christ! What better reason to smile? I want to live with such joy that others see and can know that it is the joy of the Lord.

I pray that you find joy today in the awesome love of God and show it!
